78 Cards - 4 Dice

How To Play

1.
The object of the game is to get to the number 9, using card and dice combinations. After one player no longer has any cards in play, or the deck is used up, the player with the most cards in their calculation pile wins (see instructions below).

2.
To start the game
Each player receives 8 cards, and those cards are dealt face-up, so all players can see the other players’ cards. The remaining cards are placed in a pile in the center of all players.

3.
A player picks another card from the pile, and throws the dice. Based on the throw, the player must identify a combination, using a minimum of two cards, that ends in 9. If the player identifies a combination, the player must show the calculation to the other players. The player can then add those cards to their calculation discard pile.

Who We are
And What We Do!
I’m an educator, instructional designer, and Accredited Financial Counselor, and after years in higher education, student success, and instructional design, I launched GameKraft to bring together my passions for teaching, learning, and play. origin
story
I started GameKraft with a simple belief: people learn best when they feel curious, capable, and invited in. After spending more than 25 years in higher education, financial aid, financial planning, student success, and instructional design, I wanted to create games that make learning authentic, active, social, and memorable — not intimidating. My goal is to help people build confidence through play and discover that learning can feel both meaningful and fun.

My Background
I’m an educator, and instructional designer with a deep commitment to student-centered teaching and learning. I’ve spent years helping people build confidence as they grow — whether they’re learning English as a second language, developing new academic skills, or gaining practical knowledge in personal finance. I’m fascinated by the science of how people learn, and I love the moment when understanding clicks and learners begin to see themselves as capable. My work in teaching English and ESL, along with coaching in financial education and decision-making, has reinforced what I believe at my core: anyone can learn when they feel supported, engaged, and successful in the process.

What I Create
At GameKraft, I develop card and board games for kids, families, and adults who want play games that are meaningful and enjoyable. My games are designed to spark conversation, strengthen problem-solving, and make learning feel natural and authentic. That work is shaped by years of helping people engage with complex material such as personal finance or second language acquisition, build confidence, and apply knowledge in real-life settings.

Why This Matters to Me
I’ve spent my career helping people learn, persist, and succeed — whether in the classroom, in professional development, or in financial education. I know that confidence grows when people feel capable and supported. That’s why I created GameKraft: to combine educational expertise with the joy of play and design experiences that help people think, connect, and grow. Whether you’re a hobby gamer, a family looking for new ways to connect, or an educator seeking playful learning tools, I invite you to join us.
